FAQ

Q - Why might Sales Tax be charged?

A - Note: This policy applies to services provided to consumers in the United States only.

Depending on your state, some categories of items are taxed and others are not. We're required to charge sales tax on applicable items if the state you're in mandates it.

Q - Why was my Card declined at Checkout?

A - The card you used at checkout may be declined due to one of the following reasons:

· Your card info might be incorrect. Please confirm your card number, expiration date, billing address, and security code to ensure that the transaction can be processed.

· Card issuer bank declined your payment. Please call your bank for additional assistance.

If your financial details are confirmed and you think your card may be declined due to a technical error, please try to checkout on another browser or try another payment method to complete your order.

Q - I'm having trouble using PayPal for my purchase

A - PayPal uses various security measures to protect its users. Because of this, PayPal may occasionally prohibit a buyer from submitting payment to a merchant through PayPal. For more help, you can contact PayPal's Customer Service team here: https://www.paypal.com/dm/cshelp/contact-us  or you can try to complete your payment using an alternative payment method.

Q - Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

A - Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may be able to make a return or refund request after receiving the items. See our Shipping and return policy for details.

Q - I accidently canceled an order.  Can the order be re-activated?

A - Sorry, it is not possible to re-activate an order. Once an order is canceled, this action cannot be undone. If you still wish to purchase the item(s), please place a new order.

Q - How long will it take to ship my order?

A - We work closely with the warehouse and all our Suppliers to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. Based on data from the past year, most orders ship within 2-4 days. Please note that presale items, bulky items, and holiday or peak seasons may require a longer processing time. You can also check the estimated delivery date on your order details page.

Q - Tracking Info says delivery was made, but I have not received it.

A -  If you have not received your package, there are a few things you can do:

1. Verify your shipping address on your order.

2. See if someone else accepted the delivery. Your family, a neighbor, or friends may have accepted the delivery for you. If possible, check your surveillance cameras to see if anyone has taken your package.

3. Look around the delivery location for your package. The courier may have left the package in front of your mailbox, home garage, front or back door, a window, or on the lawn. See if it's in any of these places.

4. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

- Order & shipping text messages

- Order & shipping emails

5. Wait 48 hours for the package to be delivered. Packages may be mistakenly scanned as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
